Water Dual Vocational Training, the best educational option for quality employment

Dual Vocational Training is a type of vocational education in which the student combines learning at the educational center with activities in a company, acquiring content and topics directly connected to the reality of the profession. This dual training modality aims to create quality employment, where an employee with solid training is able to provide greater value in their performance in the short term, but also in the medium term due to their ability to continuously learn.

We have been promoting this training modality since 2017, when we began our collaboration with the Xunta de Galicia and the CIFP Politécnico de Santiago de Compostela. Recently, we have expanded our offerings with the launch, in collaboration with the CIFP Ferrolterra, of the dual program in water treatment networks and stations. This is an example of public-private collaboration and alliance building that combines the specific knowledge of operating companies with the planning of a training offer tailored to the professional demands of the sector and society.

People who complete the Dual Vocational Training in water will receive specialized training, which means mastery of tools adapted to the current labor reality, facilitating efficiency and continuous improvement.

With DUAL Vocational Training, we are committed to promoting a new training model that goes beyond traditional internships, delivering curriculum-based content directly in the workplace.

Students benefit from specialized training that is valued by the job market, and they have the opportunity to combine their studies with paid practical experience.

It is an educational model that is key to combating youth unemployment and promoting economic recovery, as it has a job placement rate of over 70% among young people under 25 years old. The success of this educational model, based on collaboration between public administrations, educational institutions, and companies, makes it possible to combine employment, talent, and productivity.
