Aqualogía

We carry out our pedagogical work on the integral water cycle through educational programs such as Aqualogía, reaching schoolchildren throughout Galicia to raise awareness about the importance of water and the environment, provide education on the knowledge of the natural and urban water cycles, and encourage responsible consumption habits of this resource.

Aqualogía is an adaptable, up-to-date, and didactic program that is digitized and presents water to us from a perspective aligned with the challenges and opportunities of our current and future world.

Through different resources, games, and interactive, intuitive, and digital experiments, students can work in class or from home on the uses of water, how water reaches homes, or what treatments are carried out to make it potable or to return it to the natural environment. In addition, they can delve deeper into environmental topics such as the importance of water, sustainability, and climate change.

It consists of various activities adapted to different educational levels, among which stand out:

  • Digital resources
  • Experiments
  • Challenges

The objectives of the program are:

  • To bring knowledge of the natural and urban water cycles closer to schoolchildren and to raise their awareness about the importance of water and the environment.
  • To enhance the participation and interaction of students through the use of new technologies with a 100% online program.
  • To make a didactic tool available to teachers and students, which is adapted to the curriculum of each educational cycle.

It includes support for the teacher so they can make the most of the resources available in the program.

We raise awareness among more than 12,000 students in the municipalities where we are present.
